Terms and Conditions of Fee Pricing:
- Our single application fee covers service for the principal applicant, their partner and dependent children.
- GST is excluded from the prices quoted and must still be added.
- Payment terms will be agreed upon and included in our Client Agreement.
- We do not take fees in advance. We only take fees once we have completed your application for lodgement.
- Please note that Government fees are extra. We will provide you with payment details.
- Every application has the potential to fail given the complexities involved even if on the surface you cannot recognize the dangers. However, we will refund 100% of your payment should your application be declined due to any negligence on our behalf.
